The dance club Crazy Flutters Square Dance Club (organization number 814801-2340) needs some information about you to sign up for Swedish Square Dance Convention 2024 (SC-2024). We need to be able to process some personal information about you to provide you with a safe, secure and practical dance experience. The personal data you provide in connection with the application to SC-2024 will be processed specifically for SC-2024.
The personal information we want to collect and process are:
- Name, Phone, Email Address, City, Country and Club:
We need this information to contact you and communicate with you. We save these data for up to one year after the SC-2024. - Dance Levels:
We need to know your dance levels to be able to organise our dancehalls. - Food preferences, allergies:
We need to know what you want and can eat. We will save these data for up to one year after the SC-2024. - Medical Information:
For your safety and security, we need to know if there is something special about your health condition that needs special customization or if you have special needs of any kind. This information is handled with extra care and only those persons who need the information directly will be able to access it. We will save these data for up to one year after the SC-2024.
When you sign up for SC-2024, you agree to (approve) that we process your personal information as described above.
According to GDPR you have the right to once a year know what personal data we process and how we process them if you request it in writing. You are also entitled to, at any time, request that we correct the information we process about you.
You also have the opportunity to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information and the right to require your data to be deleted. This means that Crazy Flutters Square Dance Club will no longer be able to process your personal data for the SC-2024. It is important to keep in mind that it may affect our ability to provide you with a safe, secure and practical experience at the SC-2024.
