This is a guide to be used when completing your registration. 
Please read through the entire guide and use it as support when you register.
At the end of the guide there is a button to start the registration.

Select whether you want to register 1 person (Individual) or a group of 2-8 people.

First, we would like some information about you: Name, Address, Country, Phone, E-mail and Club.

Admission

Select a ticket for all weekend, 2 days or 1 day. Select reduced price for youth under 26. As a guest (not dancing) there is no charge.
If you are dancing, please tell us your highest dance program for Square Dance.
You will need to add a ticket to Trail-End Dance on Thursday evening. Select reduced price for youth under 26.
You will also need to reserve the Pub evening on Friday and/or on Saturday at this point.

Food

If you want lunch please select a time slot. The dining room has a limit of 100 seats.

If a time slot does not appear in the list, then it is fully booked.
Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Accommodation

Can only be booked with individual registration (1 person) and by member 1 with a group registration!

Accommodation (Hostel and Parking space) is for 3 nights, Thursday to Sunday.
The price for the hostel is per room. Breakfast, bedding, towels and cleaning are included in the price for the hostel.
We have 2 different kinds of rooms in the hostel.

• Single with en suite
• Double with en suite

If the kind of room you have chosen does not appear in the list, then it is fully booked.
Please write the names of all the persons staying in the room.

Please note that parking spaces for caravans or campers are without electricity. There are 50 spaces and they are available from Thursday to Sunday. Please enter type of vehicle, size and license plate.
